Törmäsin jossain sitaattisivulla tähän Hermann-sedän viiltävään analyysiin massoille suunnatusta propagandasta. Miettiköön kukin tykönään, onko tuossa perää:

Näin ehkä nationalismin uuden kukoistukseen aikaan 1900-luvun alkupuolella, kun usko yksilöön ja demokratiaan heikkeni, ja luottamus positiiviseen kehitykseen teki tilaa eskatologisille käsityksille. Mikähän lienee nykyään se ideologia tai ajatus, jolla ihmisille perustellaan mitä järkyttävimpiä ratkaisuja? Raha? Kilpailukyky? Pysyminen mukana kehityksen kelkassa?
